In this episode of When In Home, we meet with Legendary Chef Pino, who helped pioneer the restaurant business in Encinitas.

Pino owned Tuscany in the Lumberyard from 1985-1999. He now has a wonderful restaurant in Oceanside and we were lucky enough to sit down and chat with him about his journey
